Before the web.

Before the code.

Before I knewwhat I would become.

There was curiosity.

Every story starts somewhere. Mine started before I knew there was a story to tell.

I discovered you couldtell a machine what to do.

That was a problem.

I wanted to know everything.

My first computer.

There was justone small problem.

I had no idea how to use it.

No Google.

No YouTube.

No Stack Overflow.

No AI.

The internet arrived.

When every minutecost money…

You learned not to waste minutes.

I saved websitesto read them offline.

I broke something.

Fortunately.

I saw what was underneath.

Read for two days.

Started building on the third.

The internet wasn’tjust information anymore.

It was people.

A client in Finland.A teenager in Pakistan.

That changed the question.

School ended.Learning didn’t.

Curiosity hadbecome a career.

Not everything I createlives on a screen.

Design taught mehow to compose.Photography taught mehow to notice.

Then the toolschanged again.

Good.

I’ve been here before.

Everything I’ve learnedis building materialfor what comes next.

Since 1983.Still curious.

There’s stilla lot I don’t know.

That’s the interesting part.
